SEC. 3-050. FILING FEE FOR CITY COUNCIL CANDIDATES:
For any election held for the purpose of electing members of the City Council, there shall be a filing fee in the sum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) to be paid to the City Clerk of the City of Stockton by each candidate for such office upon the filing of the candidate's nomination papers.
