SEC. 3-015. PUBLIC POUND, ESTABLISHING AND CREATING OFFICE OF POUNDMASTER AND ASSISTANTS:
A Public Pound was established, and the office of the Poundmaster and Assistants created under the provisions of Ordinance No. 2686 — See Sections 7-117 and 7-118.
