SEC. 3-011. CITY PLANNING COMMISSION, CREATING AND ESTABLISHING:
The City Planning Commission was created and established under the provisions of Ordinance No. 1154, and continued in existence by Ordinance No. 2029 — See Section 16-126.

SEC. 3-011.1. CITY RELOCATION APPEALS BOARD:
The Relocation Appeals Board established by Chapter 17, Section 17-006 of this Code shall hear all appeals relating to relocation determination for projects by the City of Stockton and Redevelopment Agency of the City of Stockton.
