SEC. 3-008.3 DEPARTMENT OF ELECTRICITY — CREATING AND ESTABLISHING:
There is hereby created and established a Department of Electricity for the City of Stockton.

SEC. 3-008.4. CITY ELECTRICIAN:
The City Electrician shall be appointed in the manner specified by, and shall have such powers and duties as set forth in the Electrical Code.

SEC. 3-008.5. ASSISTANT CITY ELECTRICIAN:
The Assistant City Electrician shall be appointed in the manner specified by, and shall have such powers and duties as set forth in the Electrical Code.

SEC. 3-008.6. CHIEF ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR:
The Chief Electrical Inspector shall have such powers and duties as are prescribed in the Electrical Code.
