SEC. 3-008. BUILDING DEPARTMENT, CREATING AND ESTABLISHING:
A Building Department was created and established by the Uniform Building Code (1952 Edition) adopted and as amended by Ordinance No. 2628 — See Section 13-001.

SEC. 3-008.1. SUPERINTENDENT OF INSPECTIONS:
The Superintendent of Inspections shall be the executive and administrative head of the Building Department.

SEC. 3-008.2. BUILDING DEPARTMENT INCLUDES:
The Building Department includes a "Building Code", an "Electrical Code", and a "Plumbing and Gas Appliance Code.
