SEC. 2-213. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION:
It shall be unlawful and an unfair practice for an elected official or an appointee
of the Council, or any employee, unless such person has been duly authorized
by the Council, to discuss, attempt to discuss or in any way communicate
to any person confidential information received or communicated during an
executive session of the Council.

SEC. 2-220. UNFAIR LABOR PRACTICE — PENALTY:
An unfair labor practice shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. Repeated and
continued violations by an elected official shall constitute disorderly conduct
and violation of the rules of the Council for the City of Stockton.
