Welcome to the Revitalization Department home page.  This department consists of three important City functions:  redevelopment, housing programs, and economic development.  Revitalization also has a Real Property Division that provides real estate support and property management support services to City and Redevelopment Agency staff.  The Central Parking District that manages downtown Stockton parking is also part of the Revitalization Department.
