The City of Stockton receives an annual allocation of federal funds through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. Most of those funds are allocated toward low-income housing, but a portion has been set aside to improve commercial properties within the Downtown Stockton and several major corridors.

The following programs are available to commercial properties located within Downtown Stockton and nearby major corridors:
