Conservation Tips

At MUD, we work very hard to provide clean, safe water.  We need your help in conserving water.  It's the little things such as turning off the water when you are brushing your teeth, that make a big difference.

97% of the water on earth is salty ocean water, and 2% is frozen. Only the remaining 1% is available to meet human needs. Of this amount, less than 1% of treated drinking water is actually consumed by people.

Water is a precious and vital resource for all of us. We should never waste it. To report water being wasted, please call 937-7031 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
