Water

• Connection Fee
  One time fee paid with a building permit to connect to the city's water system.
   
• Monthly User Fee
  Monthly fee based on meter size and usage.
  Note: Average flow quantity for a family of 4 is approximately 20 cubic feet/month. This calculation will be approximate based on your estimated usage.

Sewer / Waste Water

• Connection Fee
  One time fee paid by homebuilders or homeowners not previously connected to the city sewer system.
   
• Monthly User Fee
  Monthly fee paid by users.

Storm water

• Monthly User Fee
  Monthly fee paid for each property within City Limits to offset a portion of the costs of discharging storm water.

Surface Water

• Fee
  One time fee charged by Stockton East Water District paid with building permits for connecting to the water system.
