Service
Water services to the incorporated areas of Stockton are
primarily provided by two entities, the City of Stockton
and
California Water Service Company (Cal Water).
San Joaquin County and Stockton East Water District (SEWD)
also provide water service to some smaller areas of the
Stockton Metropolitan Area. Before calling
to start/stop service or for questions about your bill,
you will need to know which entity provides your service.
Your water rates also depend on which entity services

Treatment (Sewer Service) is provided by the City of Stockton
to all incorporated areas of Stockton and some of the unincorporated
areas in and around Stockton. You can check the map
below to see if sewer service is provided in your area.
This does not guarantee that your property
is connected to the City sewer system. Some
properties within the service area are connected to a Septic
Tank Service System..
