REQULATORY COMPLIANCE

When you turn on the water faucet, you expect clean, safe and reliable water.  With so many factors affecting your water, it is important to have a person assigned to protect the quality of the water we use and the water we put into the Delta.  That person is called a Regulatory Compliance Officer.

The Regulatory Compliance Officer works with federal, state and local regulations to ensure the quality of each and every cup of water we use. The Compliance Officer works closely with MUD staff in every aspect of water, wastewater and stormwater handling.

This person also works hard on behalf of nature to stand guard against any chemical or action that might harm our environment.
