Windstone Cottages
The City of Stockton Housing Department is once again proud to be working with Visionary Home Builders of Ca, Inc in the construction of a 46-unit affordable housing complex within the South Stockton Redevelopment Area. This project known as Windstone Cottages will offer single-family affordable housing to low, and moderate income families.
Located just South of Eighth Street, the new development will offer residents
stylish new homes, community center with resident services and on site parking.

The City of Stockton supports this project by investing Strong Neighborhood Initiative (SNI) funds into its development.
