Vintage Plaza
The City of Stockton Housing Department is once again proud to be working with Visionary Home Builders of Ca, Inc in the construction of a 16- unit affordable housing complex within the South Stockton Redevelopment Area. This project known as Vintage Plaza will offer single-family affordable housing to low, and moderate income families.
Located adjacent to the newly renovated Gleason Park, the new development will offer residents
Craftsman Bungalow style homes, with spacious front porches, above-grade entries, enlarged brick porch support columns, bay windows and double-hung windows. Each home will include a front lawn, a single-car garage and a concrete driveway, which will provide two off-street parking spaces per unit.

The City of Stockton supports this project by investing Strong Neighborhood Initiative (SNI) funds into it's development.
