Visionary Home Builders of California (formerly ACLC) is helping to bring new life into the South Stockton Redevelopment Area by constructing a new multi-family affordable housing complex located off of Pock Lane.

The new 65 unit complex will feature a Community Center offering residents social services as well as a Head Start program for young children. Located on a 3.66 acre lot and adjacent to the soon to the newly constructed Rosa Parks Academy, this development will offer low and moderate income tenants plenty of advantages.
The City of Stockton supports this project by investing $5,760,947 of HOME, Redevelopment Set-Aside and Strong Neighborhood Initiative (SNI) funds.
