The City of Stockton Housing Department is proud to help support Visionary Home Builders of California (formerly ACLC) in the rehabilitation of a 46-unit affordable housing complex within the Kentfield Area.

The newly renovated complex will be a welcomed change to the surrounding neighborhood and will offer amenities such as easy access to a 2,500 s.f (soon to be constructed) Community Center which will provide open meeting spaces, after-school programs and computer training programs as well as Community Partnership for Families offices.

The City of Stockton supports this project by investing $6,300,00 of Strong Neighborhood Initiative (SNI) funds into its development.
