Kentfield Apartments

The City of Stockton Housing Department is proud to help support Bridge Housing in the rehabilitation of a 90- unit affordable housing complex within the Kentfield Area. This project will be the second affordable housing project taking place within the neighborhood (see Villa Monterey) and will (along with increased police efforts and better property management) provide low and moderate income residents with a rejuvenated, clean and safe community in which to live.

The City of Stockton supports this project by investing $3,780,00 of Strong Neighborhood Initiative (SNI) funds into it's development.
