Kentfield Apartments

The City of Stockton is proud to help support Bridge Housing in the rehabilitation of a 90-unit affordable housing complex within the Kentfield Area. This project will be the second affordable housing project taking place within the neighborhood (see Villa Monterey) and will provide low and moderate income residents with a rejuvenated, clean and safe community in which to live.  Renovations are currently underway and are expected to be completed at the end of Summer 2009.

The City of Stockton supports this project by investing $9,693,200 of Strong Neighborhood Initiative (SNI), HOME Investment Partnership, and Redevelopment Agency funds into its development.
