Gleason Park Apartments

SNI

The City of Stockton Housing Department is proud to be working with affordable housing developers; Mercy Housing California in the construction of a new 93- unit affordable housing complex within the South Stockton Redevelopment Area known as the Gleason Park Neighborhood. The new development will offer 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units within 10 residential buildings varying in 2 to 3 stories.

Located at the corner of Church Street and Stanislaus, the new development will offer residents safety and security by means of gated entry points and video surveillance cameras. Site amenities will include large picnic area, children's playground and a full scale Community Center complete with multipurpose room, "Head Start" Program for young children, ESL classes and Financial Literacy Programs.

The City of Stockton supports this project by investing $1,200,000 in HOME Investment Partnership funds and $1,950,000 of Strong Neighborhood Initiative (SNI) funds into it's development.
