Councilmember Dale C. Fritchen

Councilmember Fritchen is a resident of Weston Ranch and has lived in Stockton since 1981. Prior to being on the City Council he was elected to the Manteca Unified School Board for 2 terms, serving as the President for 3 years. He was also appointed to the Stockton Parks and Recreation Commission for 8 years.

He holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business from San Joaquin Delta College, a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from University of Phoenix, and a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from National University.

Dale is married to Jill, who serves on the San Joaquin County School Board. They have three children, 2 boys and 1 girl.
