Councilmember Dan J. Chapman
Dan Chapman was born in Vallejo, California before moving to Stockton with his family at the age of three. He attended local schools and graduated from Lincoln High School in 1980. He then attended San Joaquin Delta College for two years, before transferring to San Francisco State University where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Communications.

Recent Economic Development:
  • Pacific Town Center - Hammer Lane/Lower Sacramento Road
    This shopping center, completed in 2003, has 170,000 square feet of retail space, including T.J. Maxx, Linens-n-Things, Toys-R-Us, Pier 1 Imports, Panda Express, and Subway Sandwich Shop.
