Vice Mayor Katherine M. Miller

Vice Mayor Katherine Miller is serving her first term on the Stockton City Council. She was elected in November 2008 to represent Council District 2 for the 2009 – 2012 term of office.

Since arriving in Stockton in 1997, Kathy has been dedicated to serving the community, first as a Board member for the “First Night” event, and then as the Executive Director of the Downtown Stockton Alliance.
